Interior and Exterior

The cabin of the EMU head car The EMU driver's cab includes a steel frame, fiberglass mask outer casing, outer fairings and interior. The cab is equipped with the elements for fastening to the head car frame.
Automatic entrance doors Automatic sliding or plug doors ensure maximum comfort for passengers as they enter and exit the car.
Driver's cab exterior doors The driver's cab doors have a frame structure made of aluminum profile and aluminum alloy leaf. The internal space of the leaf is filled with heat and noise insulating material.
EMU automatic entrance doors The doors provide comfortable and safe conditions for passengers to enter and exit the car, exclude impact of abrupt pressure and temperature fluctuations, prevent ingress of dust and moisture inside the car, provide noise and heat insulation of the car under any EMU operating conditions.
EMU cab exterior doors

The exterior doors prevent precipitation and dust from entering the cab and provide protection against unauthorized access. Designed for entry from high and low platforms.

Saloon and cab windows There are several types of windows in metro cars, depending on the place they are installed and the functions they perform: a dead-end window, a window with a vent, a window with an information board.
Internal doors from the cab into the EMU car or vestibule

The doors are designed for the driver to get into the EMU head car saloon and constitute a part of the fire-retarding partition.

Interior doors from the cab to the saloon The driver's cab doors have a frame structure made of an aluminum profile and an aluminum alloy leaf.
Interior cladding parts made of fiberglass

Cladding parts are made of hard-wearing and flame-resistant fiberglass that ensures they last for many years maintaining their initial appearance and performance properties.

EMU sliding end doors The doors are designed for through passage of passengers and maintenance personnel along the train, they provide noise and heat insulation of the car and constitute a part of fire retardant partition with the fire resistance limit of 15 min.
EMU sliding toilet doors

The door is built into the car toilet module and separates the toilet room from the passenger saloon. The door is equipped with a mechanical occupancy indicator.

Driver's seat The metro train driver's seat is ideally ergonomic and significantly increases comfort when driving the train.
Cab side windows

The windows are installed in the side walls of the EMU driver's cab and provide visibility of the track, track signals and adjacent tracks, as well as overview of the train. They can be used by the personnel as an emergency exit.

Saloon seats State-of-the-art, comfortable and resistant to wear and tear metro car seats are designed as two- or five-seater sofas.
Handrails

The handrail system for metro cars complies with ergonomic requirements and regulations. The handrails are made of thin-walled steel tubes with multi-layer coating.

EMU saloon windows

The windows are designed to ensure natural lighting during the daytime and to provide view of the area adjacent to the car for passengers. In case of emergency, the windows can be used as an emergency exit.

Interior cladding parts made of fiberglass

Cladding parts are made of hard-wearing and flame-resistant fiberglass, so they will last for many years maintaining their initial appearance and performance properties. Partitions can be made of an aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel glued with laminated plastic sheets and framed with an aluminum supporting profile.

Loco Modular Cabin The design of the driver’s cabin body ensures control as the train is moving, convenient and safe access to all devices and equipment during operation.
EMU driver's seats The mechanically suspended seat provides greater strength and rigidity, ensuring longer service life and enhanced driver’s comfort.
External side and end doors of passenger cars The doors are designed for passenger cars with a design speed up to 200 km/h and provide comfortable and safe conditions for passengers to enter the car and move along the train. 
Exterior doors for locomotives The doors prevent precipitation and dust from ingress in the locomotive (either electric or diesel one) body and the driver's cabin and ensure protection against unauthorized access.
Outer side doors of passenger coaches The doors are designed for passenger coaches with the design speed up to 200 km/h and provide comfortable and safe conditions for passengers to enter the coach and move along the train. The door leaves are made of aluminum, which ensures lightweight design. EMU saloon seats Ergonomic and compact seats with state-of-the-art design provide maximum comfort for passengers during the journey.
EMU luggage racks

Longitudinal luggage racks are installed in the EMU cars to place the passengers' luggage. Steel and glass luggage racks are available. The glass racks are made of tempered and safety glass, tinted glass is also used in the production.

EMU handrails

The handrail system for EMUs complies with ergonomic requirements and regulations. The handrails are made of steel tubes with polymer coating. Handrail brackets and connecting elements are made of stainless steel.

EMU toilet complexes

The environmentally friendly toilet complexes are installed in the head cars of passenger EMUs and operate autonomously throughout the entire route, with no harmful impact on the environment.

EMU lifts for passengers with disabilities

The lifting system is designed to help passengers with disabilities to enter and exit the car in case of high and low platforms.

Internal doors between a vestibule and passenger car The doors are installed in the partitions of the car and ensure the passage of passengers and personnel from one room of a car to another.
Internal doors of locomotives The doors allow personnel to move from one section of a multi-section locomotive to another through the vestibule platform. They provide noise and heat insulation and serve as a part of fire-retaining partitions.
Compartment doors for people with reduced mobility

The sliding automatic compartment doors have a wider opening to ensure maximum comfort for passengers in wheelchairs. 

Coach toilet doors

The sliding automatic toilet doors have the opening width of minimum 1,000 mm for convenient access of all categories of passengers.

EMU extendable step-boards EMU automatic extendable step-boards are designed to be installed in EMU cars equipped with external sliding side doors. The step-boards enable passengers to enter and exit the car in case of low platforms.
Aluminium-and-plastic windows for passenger cars Windows are installed on all types of passenger and special cars for their natural lighting in the daytime and for passengers to view the territory passed by.
Ceilings of passenger coaches

The coach ceiling provides sound insulation and also hides the coach body and the cords for connecting lamps. The ceiling structure can be made of aluminum, carbon or stainless steel.

Internal cladding parts made of fiberglass

Cladding parts are made of wear-resistant non-combustible fiberglass, therefore they last for many years without loss of appearance, with all performance properties remaining the same.

Beds The beds are made of aluminum profile with decorative powder coating. The beds have soft elements installed, with covers made of low-combustible synthetic leather. 
Shelves for small items The shelf for small items is located above the bed of the passenger compartment and serves as a headrest due to its soft elements. Cabinets in the compartments of passenger coaches The cabinet in the compartment is used for keeping personal belongings of passengers. The cabinet structure includes side panels, a rear partition and a front side, divided into several sections, if required.

The table in the compartment is used for convenience of passengers.

It is manufactured from decorative laminated paper plastic with the edge finished with modern compound material.

Windows of locomotive driver's cabin The windows are designed to be installed in the side walls of the locomotive driver's cabin and to provide visibility of the route, track signals and adjacent tracks, an overview of the train, protect the service personnel from external factors, and also serve as an emergency exit in case of contingency.
Step-boards of passenger cars The step-boards are installed in the vestibule of the passenger car and ensure that passengers get into the car from the ground, from low and high platforms.
Elevators for disabled people The lift utilizes a kinematic scheme and has a rotating telescopic post. 
Locomotive driver's seats Driver's seats are installed on electric and diesel locomotives of various modifications and provide the proper working position of a driver. 
Gangways for metro cars The system of gangways is a structure that uses both metal components and polymer material, forming a connecting passage from the end of one car to that of another.
